Two Small Repairs To My Script

I have a web design team working on a project of mine which is almost complete. However they seem to be struggling with 2 of the functions.

The site is a dubli.com style website.

1. a button to submit a bid is not working properly to check for your self, please follow the instructions below

and login as username candy and password 446544

then go to homepage (by clicking on the thookjingjing.com logo)and then Zero auction you will see a house for auction.

Open the listing and click the “check price” button.

What should happen is that the button should disappear for 10 seconds after being clicked and the button replaced by a message saying “you may check the price again after 10 seconds”…. then after 10 seconds the message should be replaced by the button.

This is to prevent a user clicking on the button quickly, multiple times. because once the price is at zero, then that user is the winner…. So when the price gets low, then we need the 10 second delay to stop a user having an unfair advantage and winning.Anyway…. you will see that the button is not behaving the way it should… so that is a fault in the script which the web design team seem not to be able to clear up… which i find quite ridiculous.

The second fault…

this website is for Thailand, which also has a lot of english speaking people, so the websoite is in both languages which is selected by clicking either flag in the top right of a page.

If you click the Thailand flag, you will notice that the thai text is not displaying properly… if you repeatedly click it, you will see that approx 1 in 4 times it will display correctly.

So this is very unstable and needs the script cleaning here also…. another thing the web design company says is not their fault, which i also find ridiculous….

We were quoted 10 days to complete this website… that was over 10 weeks ago…. which i also find ridiculous..

Once selected, i will put you in touch with the web design company who will send you the files to be cleaned. i want this done as soon as possible, i am in Thailand and my visa is running out fast. Something the web design company appears totally uncaring about.
