Project Requirements
A) Images to PSD – 19 with the possibility of 3 more
Included are a collection of images, some are basic banners others are not, in each case what is intended to come across to PSD is specified, these are not exact reproductions rather a collection of design examples we can use on our site by using them as influence.

B) Reproduction of logo.
Included are some logos, ultimately we are looking to create our own unique logo but have example concepts from which reproductions can be made using a combination of any one design. Reproduction is to be high res vector format ready for web and print with countless revisions.

C) Reproduction of buttons
Included are 3 button images from which 30 buttons are to be created in PSD format. Basically only 3 buttons are required however the same button will be produced in mutiple sizes.

Attached are all the images to be reproduced, any questions please ask. Automatic bids will not be considered.

My requirement is simple and straightforward. I have a website

My client wants a clone of a website (noted at bottom of page).

You……….must be experienced in this, knowledgeable but most of all must be creative to create professional outstanding website pages.

This website is dealing with high end working professionals, so the website must be great looking, visually appealing. The end product will have all the features, and all the pages of the website, but will not have the same colours, buttons, jpegs, etc no physical resemblances. You will have to create new visual images and put in new buttons, icons, jpegs. ALL the text of the webpages will change, I will provide you new text for each page, and each page title, and each menu title…………..The new website must be VERY professional looking, VERY !!!!!!

The end product should have all functions and the same database of info as the website does. Each page is to be duplicated

Before the lucky programmer commences work, I will provide them with a colour scheme and some minor template changing to make the clone website appear different. Also I will ask that you program new buttons, arrows, images, icons to make the clone different. etc

This is a data entry project.

You will be going into the admin mode for a real estate website called www.4rentgta.com.

You will be add new property data from email data sent to you. Please review the Add a Property mode from the website so you become familar with what you have to do. You will be adding real estate data for rental apartments – text, making menu selection options and adding a few pictures of the property

When you add a property into the admin mode, you will select from 25-35 selection boxes ( x) choice a (x) choice b (x) choice c by placing an automatic check mark beside the appropriate box that matches the details sent to you in the email. Each email will contain text info and 1-3 jpeg images of the property.

You will receive 50 emails per week, which represent 50 real estate properties. Each email (one property) will take you about 1-2 minutes at the most to input into the system.

YOUR BID is your cost to input 50 properties into the system, which could translate into 90 to 120 minutes of your time. Even say 2.5 hours of your time. Your bid price will be for 2- 2.5 hours of your time at the minimum.

You MUST understand what you need to do, by reviewing the website procedure BEFORE you bid. You must also review an existing listing from the website to see the type of data that is viewed after it is entered into the system.
