I am wanting some one to build a site for us similar to Flippa.com

It should have all the features and be similar in feel, design and style to flippa.com but with some slight changes in the layout. Instead of the overall pale blue design, WE WOULD LIKE A PALE RED COLOUR SCHEME

WE DONT WANT IT LOOKING LIKE AN EXACT CLONE.

It should have all of the following:

We have a website which is not live yet. It has been written in PHP. The site is the kind of auction site. Job poster post a job and tradesman can send a message and quote for posted job, and job poster selects the one he wants. Our site is similar to www.mybuilder.com . Some back end and front end programming required.
The requirements
• Old visual design of the total site will be replaced with the new ones to give fresh look and feel. All visual designs are ready in PSD format and will be given to you. You will convert them as user interface of the web site. HTML&CSS and java or ajax conversion needed for the pages. In this respect, you are going to modify some codes according to those, and make additional system changes.
• Some functions need to done at the admin panel of the site

I am looking for a programmer with experience in developing penny auction scripts. I already have a clone script up and running but need some modifications so it uses Australian currency.
I also have the new artwork available in PSD which needs to be HTML and all links active and working seemlessly.
I have attached the PSD file that needs converting to HTML with the script working.
Please even if you have a similar script that works extremely well and can be changed to use australian currency then please send me a link to a demo running site.

We have a penny auction website sat on Thai host servers… we paid quite hight for hefty package, but the host is not delivering, and now they have deactivated our site out of a fit of temper. this is causing us a major problem with our paying members.

So we will be signing up with a new VPS service on a different host… We have the logins for the cpanel to get all the files and dbases.

We need someone to download everything locally and set it back up on the new vps server. We will sign up with the new server in the next 12 hours.

This is only around 1 to 2 hours work at the most… so please dont insult me with $150 and $100 bids. I can usually do this myself, but i am still a bit shy of mysql and dont want to risk getting a glitch in there.
