Bulk Image Resizer

im looking for a Bulk Image Resizer which will have the following features.

1. Be able to set a fixed width/height and resize bulk images
2. Be able to set a fixed width OR Height(pls note the OR here) and resize the bulk images. in this case if we fix the width size, the height will automatically resize bulk images proportionately.
3. Be able to set a max width OR height size. So if an image size is more than the max size, it wil conduct the resizing operation. but if its below that size, then it will ignore. (please note the OR here)
4. Provide a Crop area with a fixed width/Height area. and on saving, it will save that image in that size by cropping the rest.

Php Coding For Photo Card Site

Current photo invitation site looking for PHP coding to support our current custom site. Site currently allows customers to add and scale their photos and text, approve their design online and move on to checkout. Shopping cart is currently osCommerce.
We want to allow customers to SAVE their designs for future reference instead of having to create the design and checkout immediately. Other customization of current photo and text manipulation on the site is desired.

Additionally, we want to create a way to “private brand” our current design creator site and shopping cart so we can set up 3rd party companies to sell our products. Current site uses jQuery so familiarity and experience working with jQuery is a must.
