Hello , what i need is a program to search ebay for certian items at specific prices and preferences, and if these items are found then it will send me a message and would alert me to bid on them when they meet my requirements, example is price, buy it now, time ending etc… .. I think this is the Ebay API but im not sure so someone with ebay experience would be prefered thanks.

Project details:-
1. Install several modules – setting time zone of store (differ from server), infobox, fckeditor, option to show price or not, customer discount by group, recommend and install a good template system, shop down for maintenance, metatag with default setting. Note: As most of the functions are already available for download in the osc site. Your role is to select the best and make sure it works properly. Not much development work.
2. Develop a store theme for a company selling mattress, curtain… targeting interior designers. I need a mock up design that fits the theme and background logo shown in www.webexpert-hk.com/projects/203. I’ve a flash show application that will be plugged in to the landing page. So spare a space in the middle and may be make a design like TV, screen wrapping around the flash. Be creative and make sure this will work in osCommerce cause you are the one to install the template.
Bidders, please include your <b>pass experience</b> on osCommerce and <b>store designs you worked on</b> together with the <b>mock up design</b>.
For this project, osCommerce experience is a must as some of the free modules are not so good!!!
