Multi Blog Manager Email to Blog Poster Console

Objective: Manage multiple blogs from one login or desktop application. Be able to automatically blog post from an email broadcast in perfect format (not current wordpress format) with plugins, tages etc… filled out. Prepare path for an ‘Ultimate Marketing Console” (possibly in combination with senuke and thebestspinner)

1. CORRECTLY BLOG POST TO WORDPRESS BLOG FROM AN EMAIL SENT OUT FROM MY AUTORESPONDER (awber/1shoppingcart). An email of a particular list would post perfectly to a particular blog including keyword tags, coordination with the SEO Platinum plugin and in perfect format. Also needs to trigger the deep linking engine plugin that is triggered from a ‘save as’ then ‘post’. So you would probably need to insert an option or a blog post assignment tag I would insert into an email to post to the right blog

2. Right now the ‘email to post’ thing in wordpress is garbage and never seems to post in a correct format. Nor does it include, tags or fill in plugins.

3. Schedules emails where I can send out emails/blog posts to broadcast/post at a certain time a day. Need to be able to schedule up to 3 emails in on day at different times – for a daily basis. (Ideal would like to pre set a week’s, a month’s or emails worth of emails to be sent out ahead of time. One in the morning. One in the evening every day!)

4. The Blog post: posts in SEO format to maximize SEO Platinum plugin (just take the first paragraph or allow for tags in email to indicate description summary intro for the blog post). (mainly a user should be able to use variable tags such as ### or *** or whatever to indicate what they don’t want posted in a blog and things they do want posted such as the keyword tags (i.e. a user would insert ***keyword1,keyword2,keyword3 into their email broadcast

5. The script will managed unlimited blog to email list relationships

6. The script will manage unlimited numbers of blogs from one place allowing for speeding posting. (one of the problems with wordpress these days, although it may be plugin related) is that it is slow to respond to the click and takes way too long to post (ideas appreciated on how to fix this).

7. Automatic back links: Is deeplinking plugin and OnlyWire auto bookmarking good enough? Each post needs to get automatic and legitimate backlinks. Ideas appreciated and needed.

8. I may sell this too or I may just use this privately. Regardless the script should be web based or application based for download. May want to set up as a membership if publicly released.

9. Ideas are appreciated.

We have a site like yahoo answers – you just need to answer the questions posted there.

Each answer should be one / two sentences of 30-35 words maximum.

I would like to have someone search the county records each week to find any “Notice Of Forclosure” (NOF) filed in the following counties, in Minnesota – Hennepin, Anoka, Washington, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, and Carver. I am trying to find only industrial buildings with a forclosure notice over $1,000,000. If filed by Legal Discription, I need it converted it to a Property Address. Would like to receive notice of these filings each week by email. Not able to do this work myself, but would pay a monthly fee to a service provider. To determin the value of this effort, I need an idea of how many or how often a NOF might be found. GT
