I need simple project completed for an opensource free script, from clip-bucket.com, similar to youtube.
This project consist on translating this script to arabic , when surfing the net i have found some previous version :

I need a layer that stays at the bottom of the screen when the user scrolls down. It needs to be 100% wide and 175px high. I need a button that will expand the layer to 100% height and collapse it back to 175px.

I would like to have a new wp theme configured. It is already installed.

The theme is RichWP blog PRO 1.1- by Felix Krusch, but I did not know how to set up. I would like to have it as shown in the thumbnail and at examples.
