Scope of project

Website to have a header-logo (logo provided), right column, left column. Left and right columns to be editable from the admin panel so that we can add text, banners, links or pictures.

Pages/Buttons the site will have

(Home)(About us)(Events)(Vendors-Exhibitor)(FAQs)(Sponsors)(Subscribe)

About us > to be editable from an admin panel. Basic paragraphs and maybe add pictures

Events > to be editable from an admin panel. Left to right blocks that can be edited so we can add upcoming events

Vendors-Exhibitors > to be editable from an admin panel. Left to right blocks so that we can add requirements for vendors/ exhibitors for the upcoming events. In the blocks we need to be able to add links and text, maybe a banner as well.

FAQ’s > to be editable from an admin panel. Can be like threads to when you click on them it will go to its on page that will open in the same window or in a way that is easy for the user to see the information.

Sponsors > to be editable from an admin panel. Left to right blocks so we can add banners or pictures with links, so when you click on the sponsors banner/picture it will open a new window and go their site.

Subscribe > this will be an emailing list. People can register and when an event or special comes up, we can send out an email to all who have registered.

From the admin panel I would like to be able to add more pages/buttons if need be.

I have 103 pictures in jpg format. I need the main image left in place and the background image turned transparent.

The files are all in .jpg format. I want them saved as .png format with a transparent background.

This is not a difficult task, it will just take some time to outline the images and cut the background from them.

The hardest part of this will be to neatly find the edges of the objects and remove only the background.

We have a long established travel website. The site is currently being redesigned and the new design should be ready for launch shortly. For the newly designed site we are looking for someone to help with SEO and also providing 300 PR3+ links for a travel site.

We’re a UK based site but as a travel site, in addition to marketing in the UK, are looking to market in USA/Canada. We are also very keen to raise our profile in Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand (some of our competitors already have a good foothold worldwide).

Any tips, advice and help in achieving these goals would be vital.

Links must be TARGETED, from relevant permanent sites. Types of sites of interest:

Criteria for links:
– all links must be one way links.

– all links must be with pages with no more than 25 outbound links (unless key important link sites).
– all links must come from different domains.
– all links must be from relevant topic websites and pages.
– White-hat SEO techniques only
– all links must be permanent links for at least 12 months.
– All links must be placed on a page indexable by Google (not just cache) and must have been crawled at least once in the last 30 days.
– All links should contain the targeted key phrase as a text hyperlink (will be provided)

– All links must be visible and readable (i.e no hidden links)

Restrictions:

– Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs (e.g Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, linksToYou.com etc), forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
– Do not simply want links that are placed in the footer / menu of websites – they should be placed within natural body content of websites.
– No javascript, NOFOLLOW links, NOINDEX or robots.txt blocking
– No scraper or mirror sites
– No link exchanges

Terms:
– You need to send us every 5 days a report to help us stay abreast of the link building. We reserve the right not to accept a particular link.
– Payment will be made every week via upon receipt of excel report for that week’s work and approval of the links. We will verify each link and any link not meeting the guideline will need to be replaced.
– links that are dropped before 2 years will have to be replaced by another.
