Write the program in Java (with a graphical user interface) and have it calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage and the user’s selection from a menu of available mortgage loans:

– 7 years at 5.35%
– 15 years at 5.5%
– 30 years at 5.75%

Use an array for the mortgage data for the different loans. Display the mortgage payment amount followed by the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection or quit. Please insert comments in the program to document the program.

I have a photo upload code on my site and it needs adjusting.

The crop function selects a square area and compresses the image to a 75px x 100px image on upload. It functions OK apart from this distortion

I want the code editing so that the crop area is a 4::3 ratio and the image uploads correctly to the folder.

I would like to alter the code for the size limit to the file upload. I want this the check the file size straight away and give the error message , not wait for 3 minutes trying to upload before displaying the message.

I would then like this code applying to one extra form on the site with the same resize and upload path.

I would like this code complete by Tuesday 29th

Participating members will have their clubs shown in map, both on their own site, and when visitors make a search on our site. On search, relevant hits will show on map. Administrator must be able to set radius to be shown, and also be able to select what type of members to be shown on each zoom level.
The memebers marks should show brief information and also, if clicked upon, give visitors chance to make driving instructions where the target is preset to the clubs address.
