We have just started 2 similar projects and we need another 150 articles rewritten. Here are the requirements.
1. The articles need to be manually rewritten with keywords provided. Don’t use any software or article spinner. We use those applications ourselves, so we know just by reading the articles.
2. The articles need to pass Copyscape.
3. We will provide all original content and keywords so the only thing that the selected candidate would have to do is simply summarize and rewrite the articles in a format that is acceptable to Article Directories. The original articles are from 450- 500 words and we need them rewritten into 250-300 words.
4. Someone that speaks and writes English fluently is a requirement as the articles will be read mostly by people from the United States. Write with proper grammar, punctuation and spelling
5. Create new title for each article (we’ll provide guideline for you.)
6. Submit articles to us in Word format
7. Deadline: 7 days for the first 40 articles. Complete 150 articles in 30 days. The sooner the better. We will not pay if the deadline is not met. Send us the articles rewritten by batches 2 times/week so that we know you are working on the project, and can maintain quality control.
8. We’ll pay through Escrow. You agree that upon payment, all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to us. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any manner, both online and offline.
9.We will give you 2 articles to rewrite as a test when you bid.
Each article ONLY requires a minimum of 250 words (max 300 words), so we need your competitive bid.

Person we hired to do www.mytrueappraisal.com did not finish the job and is no longer available. The main page needs some corrections. The other pages need to be finished. The secondary pageid’s need to look like a web page instead of what it looks like now. We need to integrate authorize.net into the web site as they are our credit card gateway. Then we need to integrate our web site with www.collateralhq.com using their API that they provided to us.

Using, PHP FOX or DRUPAL Content Management Software or the like, can someone develop
