Hi Guys.

My adult webcam site is almost ready for public release however just requires some finishing touches and minor bug fixes so that it is ready to go live!

The bugs/issues that have come to light at the moment are:

+ When someone signs up to be an affiliate – their email is not being verified (on all our other signups – the person is sent an email with a verification link – to ensure the email address is real!).

+ Admins are not being notified when there is an affiliate pending approval (currently admins are emailed when there is a model pending approval – we would like the same for pending affiliates – otherwise they might sit there and never be approved).

+ Affiliate is not gaining commission when a particular payment method is made. (Affiliates earn a % of all the credits that a member adds to their account – however when I manually add funds to a member’s account, it doesn’t automatically calculate on the affiliate’s account – The problem is that not all the manual “add funds” are relevant for affiliates, as this is also the admin’s refund function. So I would be hoping for a tick box to elect whether this the current “add funds” is a credit and therefore affiliate applicable).

+ Ability to edit the email templates related to affiliates: a previous programmer created an easy to use form for me to edit the all the sytem generated email templates. However it appears that the emails relating to the affiliates didn’t get added to this function.

+ Ability to edit the master admins user and pass. A previous programmer has provided me with a fucntion to create and edit secondary admin’s however I have no way of editing the master admin login (which multiple programmers still have access to).

+ The Age stated on a model’s profile (ladydetails.php) is not matching the age that is specified in their control panel.

+ We are receiving some random database errors every now and again – when we goto edit email templates and also various other fields. It seems to be random and occur from time to time. The error we receive is (You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘day!’ where 1′ at line 1).
My understanding is that it is picking up some characters and intepreting it as commands in the code.

+ Finally – once everything has been completed and I have bug tested everything, I would like to have the databases all reset – so that all the accounts are brought back to $0 – as there are is a lot of dummy money flying around, and I would like to have it all cleared up. However it is really important that no admin settings or functions are reset!

A couple of other things may pop up, but for now that is all that is outstanding! The purpose of this project is to bring my site ready for release.

I currently have a graphic designer finishing off the designs of a few pages and then it will be alive and ready!

This should be a simple project for an experienced programmer. So please bid accordingly.

What I require;

• All web pages created without using Flash
• All PHP coding done.
• Any other requirements done in order for the website to be functional.

What I want:

A fully functional (front and back-end) trading website where “businesses” sign-up to be traded and users sign-up to trade stock. I need the whole thing built and need, at a minimum, the requirements below filled. Anything beyond these requirements that are useful to me may result in a bonus (to be determined later.)
Read the requirements below and leave a post with the price if you/your team think you can do this. I would like it ASAP but have until the middle/end of July 2010.

What I need on the site;

• Content management system that takes into account all member information, member page creation with the ability for members to change their information and upload content.
• Simple website design is needed with the ability for me to change it.
• We want the site to work like Hollywood stock exchange, www.hsx.com. Members can change their profiles (user name, password account information.)
• Certain members have more options to post music samples, video clips and multiple photos.
• This website is for a global community
• The system needs to be able to accept online payments via PayPal.
• Members need to be able to register online for free. There are two types of registrants that must be accounted for.
• The system should generate a membership number and a reference number for each payment.
The events calendar should show national events posted by certain members of the site as well as site administration.
• There should be a built in messaging system so members may send messages to one another through their profile page on the site.
• Members should be able to subscribe and unsubscribe for the newsletter.
• Members should be able to update their information including adding photos etc.
• There should also be a discussion forum for members.

I need the administrator of the site to be able to update ads and content on the site as well as the layout/design of the site.

I need the site to be able to handle online trading, similar to the NASDAQ or a virtual stock exchange. I need all of the trades to be archived and retrievable as needed. As well as up to the minute trade details per business listing number of issued shares, number of people owning them, current and historical data etc.

Each member either requires the ability to buy and sell shares or the ability to post new shares, both of which will be charged for.

Like I said the site will be similar to a virtual stock exchange which means that I need to have a main index with all the listings on the exchange. As well as the ability to search the exchange using different forms, i.e. date listed, name, genre etc. Each member will require a portfolio listing the stocks they’ve purchased and related information. Businesses on the exchange must have to ability to view the number of issued stocks and current price.

The back-end of the site requires MySQL databases to store member information etc as well as PHP coding.

More information about what the site does will be giving to the team/person I’ll be dealing with.

Team/Person must have:

• PHP and MySQL Development or proven skill/proficiency
• Access to MSN Messenger/ Google Talk Regularly
• Access to SKYPE with ability to talk VIA Skype Call if project requires more focus discussion on function
• Relatively Fluent English Communication Skills
