I need someone to take a template I have and integrate it into the system Pligg. Pretty simple should take 2-3 hours.

I want a PHP script to be created using CURL which will query Google for a keyword phrase which is entered into a form by the user.
The results will then be searched to see if a second keyword phrase appears in the search results.
If it does, the the first keyword phrase together with the person which it appears will be written on the screen.
If is doesn’t then the first keyword phrase together with NO will be written on the screen.
The form should be able to take a list of keywords (comma separated) and go through the above mechanism one by one with a pause of approximately 15 second in between each query.
The search engine query should be done using the US version of Google and should be querying the top 10 results.

No design work is needed.

Project Name: Make the New website indexed by Google

Description:

1. We have a new website with 1000 post and each post with unique title and original 200-250 words article. The website has good internal links. Each post has tags, category, and related articles.

2. You must do some SEO for our website to make at least 900 posts (exclude tags, category, and other post without full articles) indexed by Google

3. We will post at least 1 article each day. That means our website will be update daily.

Requirement:
1. No black hat SEO

2. We won’t make any change of our website after you check it.
That means that if you have checked our website and accept the project, we won’t change our website even if you ask us to do.

3. I will provide a list of 1000 posts. You must make sure that at least 900 posts are indexed by Google in 3 months.

4. Only escrow without milestone. The total amount will be transferred to you after 900 posts indexed by Google in 3 months. If the project fail, like less than 900 posts indexed by Google in 3 months, we won’t pay any fee.

5. What means 900 posts indexed by Google in 3 months?
5.1. Use the site command, that at least 900 posts indexed by Google.
5.2 If using the site command, we will search the url of the 1000 post, if our post are showed in the search result of Google, that’s ok. The posts are showed in the search result of Google means there is links in Google search result redirected to our post.

6. Need report each 2 days that specific the project progress. Must include what is the strategy you are using to do the SEO. So we can make sure you are working on our project and not black hat.

7. The 900 posts should be indexed by Google for at least 1 week.

8. We reserve the right to change some terms above. But indexed at least 900 posts in 3 month is final.

I need 10 articles in the category “targeted leads”/”buy email lists”

I own and operate an online attorney site that
offers a very specific legal service.

This service can ONLY be advertised geographically
through AdWords in FLORIDA. I have run with these
Adword campaigns for quite some time.

I am not an expert and I am sure that the adwords
campaign is not optimized properly. I am not making use

We need to migrate an osCommerce DB to a Magento DB. On the one hand, we’ll do a one time migration from osCommerce to Magento (including existing orders, products, categories, etc.). However, as several webshops are using the osCommerce DB for their business, we also need to periodically migrate the Magento DB to osCOmmerce format. This, however, is only a limited set of tables (all products and categories tables).

The osCommerce DB differs slightly from the standard DB, some fields have been abused for different purposes as the field was intended for (for example: products_weight in the products table is used as SKU) and some fields are new (for example ean_code in the products table). All these items are however very limited in impact. An exact mapping of the fields will follow if needed.

So we need the following:
1. Migrate osCommerce DB to Magento (all relevant tables; products, categories, orders, etc.),
2. Migrate Magento to osCommerce DB periodically (every hour)(only categories and products tables)
