I need a website that my client can edit all body text, have a calendar that is easily updated with rollover. I have a basic design scetched out, but need a real template done. Site will be about 10 pages, but needs to be expandable by the customer.

I am thinking a site in Joomla will be best unless you have a better option. My client knows nothing about websites but needs to be able to have any employee edit it.

I have a theme I’m using that is displaying the nav bar fine in IE8 and FF, etc…but in IE7 it’s way off for the nav bar location.

There will be a database of students and lecturers with their (id, name, year, mobile, email, department, designation, blood group)

There principal should have userID & Password to login to the system and enable to send SMS to the student or lecturers.

SMS API will be provided for testing.

User 1 : Admin

1. create students and lecturer profiles (entry form with 20 rows X 3 page for students, 20 row for lecturer)
2. Modify profiles
3. NO delete

User 2: Princial

1. Can send General SMS according to sortby students ( sory by-> department, soryby – > students or lecturer)
2. Can send Emergency SMS according to sortby students (sort by blood group)

need to allow sales input data in a form of table to excel and the excel need to calculate the commission rate depending on various factors inputed.

need to use drop down list and need do data validation. need lock the excel cells to make sure the “formula” cannot be modified by sales persons.
