Fixing Cakephp Script

i have a cakephp based website i need a few easy fixes and updates.

1. there are mini bugs to be fixed
2. facebook connect has gives an invalid session error and doesnt catch email adress
3. i want to add diffferent payment gateways (like pay by bankwire)
4. i want short url’s for sharing in twitter like www.domain.com/xt1234
5. i want to change rewrite urls like www.domain.com/work/id123 -> www.domain.com/job/id123

I have a website that has been hacked. Unreliable web developer had an argument with one of his coders and the coder has ruined all client websites including mine. It has a ‘site has been hacked’ page up now which is obviously damaging to my business… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, SQL)

Programmer Integrate Payment

Ok im looking for a good programmer who want to help in finishing my freebie website

in a nutshell this is what i need

member will signup (this done)
member will pay a fee after signup either moneybooker or alertpay
i need script to track how many people the member has under him
thats all

i dont know how the site works so you will have to figure out how to do this, all i need is have members signin and pay a signup fee and start refering people under them and track referals, the referal script is already there and working all you need to do is find a way to integrate the payment to the referal system.,im willing to give a $500 dollar bonus once the site starts giving out money,

im a graphic designer and content writer currently unemployed seems people really dont care about my graphic talent or my writting skills ,so im posting a pay from profits project..you can check my postings i have excellent feedack and trying to get some money but no luck yet i dont want to leave this opportunity out there if i know it can benefit me and a good programmer.,you can also check my feedback you can see i always give out bonus to all my workers

Drupal Membership Site

I would like to get a quote for a membership site built on Drupal. This site would be designed to have paying members to have different levels of membership, depending on where they are on their billing cycle. For example, someone in the first week would have access to the first weeks content vs. someone in the sixteenth week of paying would have sixteen different weeks of content.
The site would have to update each person’s status periodically. For instance, if someone fails to pay on any given week, their membership would be suspended.
