Must have the features but new look and added features as below. Administrative back end should be template driven (same as for example backend of PHPProbid( I have the a valid PHPPROBID licence ) and (paypal/nochex/2checkout/google checkout/egold and more APIs) compatible for all fees paid.

ability to offer coupons to customers and abilty for admin to issue free credit and adding sideboxes with small adverts) i need to be assured you can do ALL of these extras plus of course the same functionality of the website clone.
The website needs to include (similar to ioffer) of copyright protection agreement,the website needs to have ability to be updated at later stage with addons and more functionality.
The website needs to be as per websites like phpprobid with a CMS back admin to make changes to prices, images, functionality very same as changes that could be made by phpprobid but of course on this ioffer type clone and with sql and php functionality,
website needs to be seo compliant, website will be a clone but certain menu will be desired to be different style, front page slightly different in what is actually displayed and
some boxes will require lightboxes, all colors of site will be different. I am on a budget, would like this completed soon. Looking for timescale and total project cost and details on requirements.

please quote me designing a questionaire form (single question format and not limited to any number of participants answering) whereby i can fill in the questions daily. In the form, i could always create new questions at any single moment after the lapse of the previous questions prior to the new one). The catch is that there is a time limit (countdown timer) set to it. Upon the countdown time elapsed, there will be no answers allowed to be submitted anymore.

The crucial thing to remember is that i am allowed to adjust the timer duration (say 45 seconds or 1m 30s) for each questions as they may be longer questions proposed throughout the day and that my viewer would require more time reading it!

some examples (for the purpose of countdown timer) i could see is like in pennyauction.com.my or lelong.com.my. But bear in mind, i am not doing an auction, just that i want it similar to the countdown process and there is a cut-off timer to it so that there are no arguments upon late submission of answers. HTML code preferred!

We have outgrown our pre-made social network software (SocialEngine) and members are complaining that our site is way too slow. We really love the software and the features but it truly is slow. We need a good looking social network that can handle millions of people. We don’t have millions yet, but we don’t want to have to upgrade soon. We should be able to handle thousands of people on at the same time. We have a rocket ship dedicated server so the hardware is good. Now we need the software. It should be able to do everything our current software does (blogs, articles, photo albums, and all the other standard social networking stuff).

Here is the catch… we don’t have a lot of money. Even though our membership is large, we are a tribute site so it is completely free to our members. We may have to save up some money but if you give us your bids we will know how much to save. We can also add your logo to the site.
