Hi — at http://hearthandhomerealty.com/listing_browse.php you’ll see the page numbers and “next” link at the top of the page. Problem is, when people are done scrolling the properties, they have to scroll all the way to the top to go to another page … I’d like the page navigation duplicated at the bottom of the page (the page 1,2,3,next links).

Also, please identify the file and location where you made the changes. I am perfectly capable of this stuff, but other than searching the OR forum, I could not find where these links were …

I’m looking to have designers create custom clipart collections for my website that I own the rights to and can distribute to whom i want. The work must be 100% original and royalty free. The clipart will range from all subjects like school, baby, Christmas, Sports, School, Office, etc… Here are some examples of the quality of clipart I’m looking for:

I don’t need the absolute best clipart, I just need a lot of it for cheap. I’m going to setup this project at $100. How many pieces of clipart can you design me for $100? How about $1000? I’m really trying to figure out what the going rate is to have original clipart designed. I guess I’m really hoping for teams of designers to submit bids, as I will eventually need thousands of pieces of clipart. I’m afraid an individual couldn’t possibly design it fast enough for me.

Usually I do this task manually. But this time I want it to be automatic. So, I need a program to do this for me automatically.

Here’s the main functionality:
– Monitor some websites and forums periodically then grab its data.
– Download files from collected URLs (HTTP and FTP).
– Show statistics and graph.

The data that should be grab from site or forum is a URL, then verify for each that URL, such as IP address, whois registrant, etc. More details, please PM me! All data stored on the database, this should be structured. For databases, we can use MySQL, SQLite, or anything (we can talk about this later).

I want you to made this program using Delphi 2010 (must!). You can use third-party components, like Clever Internet Suite, to speed up the development without the need to create the code from scratch, and of course it could make your job more easier, but please let me know first what component do you use.

This application must be multi-threaded. The code must be structured and well commented. And NO spaghetti code please!

I would like research done to find 50 exact-match keywords that have good search volume and are available as .org domains. The keywords/domains have to be related to sleep disorders.

You will conduct keyword research to find keywords in sleep-related niches that have exact-match traffic of at least 2,000 searches per month (preferably more), according to Google’s keyword tool. You will then do domain searches to determine which of these keywords are available as .org domains.

The deliverable for this project will be an Excel spreadsheet that contains the following columns:

(1) Keyword/keyphrase (must be related to sleep disorders)
(2) Number of exact-match searches per month
(3) Availability as .org domain (yes or no)

The spreadsheet must include 50 keywords/keyphrases that have monthly exact-match search volume of at least 2,000 searches, and are currently available as .org domains.

I can provide the winning bidder with a small list of seed keywords, so you know what I mean by “sleep disorders”.

I believe this to be a pretty basic piece of code.

I am developing a credit restoration site. I am looking for someone to write code that would accomplish a virtual basic credit analysis. What I would like for it to do is pull the information from a generated credit report from a third party site. These would be fields that would include for example, the number of derogatory accounts such as collections, late pays, closed accounts, etc., in addition to any name and address variations, etc. The plus about this endeavor is that the specific data that will be analyzed has basically already been analyzed by the third party source and it will simply be a matter of pulling the data over as it appears under specific fields named delinquent, derogatory, closed accounts, etc. My point is that the analysis in reality has already been done. It is just a matter of pulling the data over and reorganizing it in a more comprehensible and straight forward manner. This is the information I have so far. I don’t really know what specifics I need to provide here so I am looking for some direction on whether or not this can even be done and if so, is it as simple as it appears to be? Please feel free to ask me questions.
