Project Requirements:

General scope: Scrape (collect/compile) ads being run on Facebook social network.

Detailed requirements:

Advertisements on Facebook are mostly targetted according to user’s sex and age. The script will login into a user’s profile (for example user A will be female 25-35 and user B will be male 18-20) and will then start refreshing a certain page on Facebook to gather ads. Usually there are 3 ads per page, displayed on the right hand side of the page.

Type of info about each ad collected:

1) Profile Type: sex and age <— this is determined by user login being used by the script
2) Date and Time Collected
3) Ad headline
4) Ad text
5) Ad image
5) URL where the ad links

The script should be able to run on standard HostGator webhosting for unlimited period of time. There should be “Start” and “Stop” buttons.

Output: Output should be on a dynamic webpage where I could choose “user profile”, date range and then the script would output the list of ads with all neccessary info for each ad.

For testing purposes I recommend you create a Facebook login or two.

I have a website, www.executivegreetingcards.com. I need to get some RELEVANT ONE WAY links into my site.

Links must be permanent, from sites related to my subject matter, and using links with my keywords as link text. There also needs to be relevant text surrounding the links.

No more than 20 out bound links from a single page that will link to us.

A good selection of PR site is needed, links also need to be from different ip blocks. No linking from same ip blocks as this will not be counted.

Preferably links from edu sites

Links must be from sites located in the United States. I do not want links from other country top domains.

Links must be verifiable and we will require a report detailing the link location, text used etc.

No more than 50 directory links
No more than 50 blog links
No more than 50 forum links

Links need to be from good quality sites.

Must be able to write a paper. I will give more detail on what two Operating systems I am using to compare.

Before we can open the private project, here is what we request for you to do.

1. Divide the project into different modules / parts.
2. For each part you answer following questions:
a. Name / Description of the part / module.
b. Features / salient aspects of this module.
c. This part will be completely open source or custom made or a combination. Provide suitable detail for each feature or part or as you like. If you already have some thing similar pre-made then let us know. This will go in your favor as it will reduce time.
c. Estimated time to build / complete or integrate this part / module.

If we are satisfied with your answers then we will take you to the next step of clarifying the requirements. Your prior experience with some thing similar will be a big factor in our decision.

This will be done by use of dummy / static html pages etc. As mentioned earlier we will pay you for this work.

PROJECT SCOPE:

We want a web application that helps in scheduling pickup and drop of products and services from pre-registered locations.

These products may need repairs or other services.
An example may be cars needing repairs or clothing needing dry cleaning / laundary or computers needing repairs or picking up simple documents that need to be worked upon or hand delivered to another location etc etc.

We want it to be generic. So that we can apply it to other types of products / services.

At the time of pick up if the price is well known then it is provided to the customer. Else a base price is provided to the customer and then later when the estimate is complete then the customer is asked for the permission by sending an invoice.

The price of each order may comprise of multiple products or multiple services.

For simplicity we may like to group together some of the prices into package deals.

For scheduling some kind of calendar system will be good. Similarly for pick / drop routes we need some kind of maps etc.

We want the ability to discuss the orders / details ….just like here at RAC as discussion threads.
Also want the ability to put money in deposit / pre-authorization or partial / final payment – e commerce.
Payment via at least 3 gateways…. feel free to suggest.

Please allow the location / business owners to register their locations for pickup and drop.

It will be nice if it is done as part of a CMS e.g. JOOMLA or DRUPAL. Or this may even be vTiger etc etc. Open to suggestion. This will allow other modules to be plugged in.
e.g. Trouble Tickets / Customer Support, FAQs, Auto Responders, Search etc etc.
