We are in need of a design for a real estate website. The real estate site will allow users to search for available houses, apartments and other real estate. In this project we are asking for the design of the front end, i.e. the public visible part of the website.

Constraints:
– The design consists of a number of pages, defined below
– The project includes the design of a logo which is capable of being converted to a favicon.ico
– The design is provided in a number of mock-up HTML/CSS pages
– The design uses the source ordered content approach
– The design does not use any javascript, Flash, Ajax or other techniques which require client side processing
– There is no need for any server side PHP or ASP scripting. Based on the provided HTML/CSS designs, a separate project will be launched to create the necessary backend for the site.
– The design must be unique and appealing. No copies of existing real estate sites are accepted.
– The design is fully CSS based and easy to manipulate with just CSS
– The mock-up file validate on the W3C validator
– The design works on IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.

Pages for which a HTML/CSS mock-up is required
– Portal like frontpage which allows quick access to all the functionality
– RE search result page listing one or more results
– RE product page which lists a picture of a house, basic properties etc
– Contact page to contact the owner/real estate agent, bid on a listed property, request more information etc.
– Site info page template, used for FAQ, policy, etc

PHP Update Project for Kashif. I need 2 new updates in my website

I want a simple website that lets a reader come to my website, register an account(and then link the account to their twitter account.

Then I want them to be able to put in a Twitter username, and then my website will have their account follow every person that is following the username they put into my website.

The script should follow Twitters ToS, so that Twitter doesn’t ban the user using my service(for things like following too many people too fast or whatever).

I imagine the best way to do this project(and the best way to keep the load on my server down) is to have the website use Twitter’s API to find out who is following the person they enter into the website, and then create a ‘queue’ for that person. So that every 5 or 10 minutes it will follow another 5-10 more accounts. Again, I’m only assuming this will keep the load low on my server(and might help my users from being banned on Twitter), so if you know of a better way to do this project I am all ears.

I want this website so that users can go to my site and put in someone else’s twitter account, and have my website follow their followers. So for new users to Twitter, if they know of a famous person that is popular in a certain niche, then they can follow their followers, and their fresh blank account will be relevant to a niche they are interested in.
