I am looking for someone to quickly take my Illustrator CS4 PDF (which I can save down to an earlier version of Ilustrator if required) and converted into an Adobe PDF Editable Doc which allows you to send the pdf to someone via email and let them enter in all the information and then save it/print it or enables me to enter in their information and save it and email it to them.

There are 2 x forms

1) An order form with client name, address, credit card info, delivery times etc. and all information fits onto 1 x A4 page.

2) A delivery note which pretty much duplicates information on order form.

I need this project completed now. Sensible bids please people, if I had the time I would do it myself.

If someone has a method to auto-generate the delivery note using information from the order form then there is a bonus in it for you.

This project should be very simple for someone who is experienced. A competitive offer will lead to future work. We have lots of logos that need developed.

– A vector logo in Adobe Illustrator format
– Any fonts used must be sent
– All intellectual rights to own the logo

Designers who take the initiative to submit a logo design with their bid will be most likely to be chosen. Your portfolio of work has no value. We want to see what you can do with OUR logo design.

We will pay for a completed logo design, not an attempt at one or for time spent rendering artwork. If you have never made a professional logo, our project is not right for you to bid on. We will not be paying you to learn as you go.

I am converting a website from badly coded tables to xhtml.

We will do all the styling and CSS, but I need some help adding the PHP tags from the old site, managing some error messages, updating forms etc etc.
The current list of tasks is:
1. Change page flash code for logged in visitors
2. Sort Out error message on search pages
3. Complete search pages transition
4. Update ‘Become a Member ‘ application form
5. Combine 2 photo upload forms onto one page
6. Update Email styling (html supplied)

Hi Guys,
I need a pretty simple app creating for all 3 phones.
The app will open up showing a logo and will ask the user for their account number, start date and account type (will be saved locally and this page will only run once).
Once submitted the info will be shown on a page along with 2 phone numbers which can be clicked to call.
There will be a settings button so that users can re-edit the account number and start date etc…
At set dates a reminder will be shown that there account is going to expire in 1 month and again in 1 week (accounts are for 12 months).

if this can be done as a notification/push alert for all the phones so that the app doesnt need to be open to remind them.

The app must be ok for submitting to the relevant app stores (will be a free app)

If it is possible to provide info to me on how to modify the phone numbers and images so that the app can be modified by a complete novice this would be great.
I would like to be able to release the app numerous times with different logos for different companies and i would prefer to be able to edit the code myself (im a developer but not very good with app coding)

I would need the source codes, a finished example of the apps and all relevant files, some documentation explaining how to edit the reminders, phone numbers and images, and i would own all rights to everything created.

I have included a very rough image of what i want (but mine will look much nicer!)

My customers are professional engineers and construction companies.

I have no creative ability beyond what is on the site now, so I don’t want to influence you – be creative but remember I deal in concrete additives to construction people. They would prefer big machines to flowers, concrete grey to pretty purple.

This is a genuine business need. I prefer to pay $100s for something amazing than $10s for something that looks cheap. I will choose quality over price.

I am only a very small business. You can see the limit of my www knowledge on the web site as it is now. I am used to doing everything so obviously I do some things badly at the moment. This is one of my first decisions to use an expert. Be creative but be prepared to explain a few things I don’t understand.

I have inherited a WordPress Site that is also a store. It utilizes plugins such as Shopp and Buddy Press. There are a number of outstanding issues and costomizations that need to be completed.
