I have a super simple page that needs to be done. I have somewhat of a framework and a PSD to follow. Most of the code is already in place, you will just need to alter some some images (rounded corners) and tweak some tables. This is a very very very small project but requires attention to detail. Must be complete tonight. Budget is $20 USD and should not take more than 1 hour.

I am looking to duplicate a game similar to the “almost millionare” like the one here. http://www.mochimedia.com/games/almost-millionaire/

The them would be a Christian theme. I want it designed so that I as the manager of the game would be able to change the questions and answers periodically. So I would guess there would be a list of questions for each level and their related answers somewhere and I would be able to change them up. I would prefer it to be Flash like the one referenced so it can be used on other sites and passed around, but if it can be done in PHP I would entertain that as well. Looking for the cheapest out of both formats then I will decide which way to go.

I’m looking to have 10 online virtual desktops.

Each desktop has to have it own independent IP address and Mac address.

I need someone who can create a toolbar with the features listed below.
The programmer must have an experience in creating toolbars for IE/Firefox.

Toolbar must work similar to the toolbars on these sites:

features:
– must work for IE and Firefox and other browsers
– some site pages cannot be accessed without the toolbar being installed
– installator (install/deinstall) for a toolbar
– after installation the toolbar must
