Qmr Indicator For Mt4

3 indicators combined with special rules to make 1 custom EA. (to be clear, when this QMR indicator is on the chart, I do not need to have other 3 (listed below) to run the Indicator. So, all code must be incl into the new indicator.

3 indicators are:
* Customized Qualitative Quantitative indicator, code will be provided
* Customized Rsi histogram, code will be provided
* MA cross – standard

5 rules to create indicator: (details will be forward by email once contract has been accepted)

1) QQI when 2 line crossed, then look for
2) QQI 1 line penetrate level 50
3) look for MA cross to confirm
4) confirm price closed above slow MA
5) all above confirmed, check Rsi histogram level. If all good, signal to go long. Opposite rule for go Short

In additional requirement:
1) message, alert need for this indicator; i.e. Signal arrows, lines, entry level. When switching time frame, all lines must be reset (delete old and adjust to new time frame). Also, when removing the Indicator, all object lines need to be erased automatically
2) this will be a commercial product and administrator section need to be incl. i.e. account#, exp date, etc. – coding will be provided from our existing indicator.
3) Would like to show Box around chart as indicated by parameter. example: from 16:00 to 04:00 (US session into Asian session), indicator draw box on the chart for easy trading visual selection purpose. this could be the color of the box or plain just line box. preferred line box, but either will work.
