I am looking for someone experienced with WordPress to embed Flash on my WP site and successfully convert over my existing or updated videos into a larger Flash format from the .wmv current small video format. I have started the process by uploading Kimili Flash Embed but need assistance making it operational. The successful candidate must help me learn the process so I can upload any future videos. i have now found my fusker solution
this the last time i try to get a nice developer here!

i have a fusker script
from date: 2006 and is verry old and buggy
i need it converted from php4 coding to php5
its a original E-Xoops script with a fusker module in it called fusker.ne script

but on my new server it’s not working with php5
a lot of sql parser errors etc also admin functions do’s not working

so i want ask to conevert this script to php 5
and optimize to coding from now

and make it work for php 5
also speed optimizing would be nice!

and not used files must be deleted to see a better structure for whole project dir.

please help me out asap

I have 15 psd pages (homepage, product page, sign up page..etc) of an ecommerce site that should be coded into a website with a management system like zencart. (very minimal ajax will be needed). This is a simple e-commerce site that sells textbooks. The client only sells 3 products.

All text and design need to be right2left,because no english language use for it.Also language file need that visitor can switch bettwin languages.No translate need.I will trasnlate iself.
Adding links,signup,comments and usuall function need make by ajax (minimum page refresh need).
Any body can add rapidshare or other uploadings sites links.adding links dose not need registration,But registered user can edit or delet thire links later.
Make database instruchre something that site work fast.becasue our users internet speed is very low.

This should be easy for an experianced programmer. 2 files. I am taking an 8 week online course where the instructor does not answer any emails or post with my questions. It is a “read the book and post answers” type of class. I have no idea what im doing but if I fail my tuition is not covered. 2 weeks to go so there will be more programs needed!
