we are currently hosting ad exchanges which can be found at virablast.com/superjv we are looking for a simple but highly effective submitter, we have a total of $120 to spend on this project.

it needs the following:
save ad feature
add exchanges in admin
edit top sponsor and bottom sponsor ad on all outgoing emails from the submitter.
email all users from admin
edit or add members in the te submitter
edit profile in all adexchanges
auto join all ad exchanges
auto post to all adexchanges
add promo codes automatically i just write in the adexchange promo codes and it inputs them automatically for every member when they autojoin the ad exchanges.
