Hi,

I have a text of 4850 words in ‘normal’ English.

There exists a language called ‘Globish’, which is simple international English with a dictionary of 1500 words.

Go to http://www.globish.com/ to learn more about Globish.
On this web site there is also a Globish word scanner where you can upload English text and it marks any English words that are not Globish.

The project is to scan my 4850 words text with this Globish scanner. Then mark any of my words that are *not* Globish words in yellow and behind them in blue highlight, suggest phrases that mean roughly the same but that *are* Globish. The scanner accepts 2000 words, so you’ll have to run it in a few batches.

Basically a simple job for someone with reasonably good English…

Hi,

I need a simple poll created that will allow visitors to vote on an item and the results calculated and stored in a database for download via Word and Excell.

The poll should have a field for: Name and Email address.
After submitting the information will go into a database. All submissions can be viewed from an admin control panel where it will show the name, email, ip address and selection that the voter chosed.

All visitors will be restricted to only one vote each. The admin will have access to view, edit or remove each vote submitted and also search through the data.

The admin will also be able to create othe admins is he chooses.

Attached is a screenshot of the poll frontend. The html page is already done. I need this completed today.

I’d like a white label “news” website in c# .net that runs using an access data source. ASP.NET v2.0

basically the website (NO graphics, text, logo etc) should contain:

PUBLIC NEWS PAGE
Display table records from MS access
Fields:
id (primary key/autonumber)
Suject(txt)
Story (txt)
Image (txt)
date entered
order by date entered

with PAGING – 5 records per page
page navigation: page numbers + next/previous
REPEATER control prefered?

ADMIN PAGES
login (can use MS built in membership system but USING ACCESS)
user name / password etc
Other Microsoft membership pages appreciated?
