User sign-up and login

Upon signup user will complete a form and that form data will be saved into a database which can be accessed via admin in the form of a report.

Admin will receive email upon signup

Admin approves all signups and enables user’s profile account

Ability upon signup to create a userid and password

Email verification sent to user upon signup to verify email address

USER PROFILE

Ability for user to enter certain information about themselves

Ability for user via form fields to list inventory they wish to make available

Bullet points with pre determined images for user to select referencing inventory they are submitting

User will have the ability to add or delete inventory items

Inbox for user which shows communication between admin and user.
When user has mail in their inbox it shows a colored popup when they login

Task pane
Tasks are entered by admin
User checks box once task has been done and task is auto stamped day, date, and time and marked complete in order of completion

Ability to upload and attach images or documents to that particular task

When final task is completed funding amount is listed in a portion of the page labeled bank and in real time shows them how much money they have earned.

Ability to Cash Out in which when they select cash out; they list their cash out method and email is sent to admin to initiate transfer from their account. Once admin initiates transfer then admin can clear or modify amount still left in account bank

ADMIN PROFILE

Admin has the ability to upload images which will be available on user profile page

Admin has the ability to modify users available bank limit

Admin can print a report of current inventory based on users or total

This just a brief summary of the way the programming of the site will function. More details will be given once programmer is selected. Programmer must be available via skype or instant messenger to communicate. And programmer must dedicate full efforts to this project as this project has a strict deadline.

Once project is started this should be a really easy job for the right programmer

IPB 3.1 Referral Mod
How will work
My forum users will see inside member’s panel a personal link that will use to promote the forum in order to receive points. They will get points when a new member arrive on the forum from their link and signup on the forum and make a X number of posts.

Exemple
my username on myforum.com is paul so my referral link is www.myforum.com/?ref=paul . I prmote the link and DAVID register on myforum.com using my link. I will see DAVID in my referral listing in pending status and I do not get points till he makes X number of posts on the forum. When the finally created the necessary number of posts I will (1) gen an email that have an approved ref (2) his status will change from pending to approved. (3) I will get y number of points

Details
● Mod should be integrated with Ipoints which is a free application for IPB and will handle the points thing.
● The mod you will create should be easy to install and configured from admin. Also keep the hard changes of the files at the minimum.

Admin Settings
Ref Mod Status – Select Box or Radio Buttons Active / Not Active
Posts Required – Input box (if put 0 the upline will get poins immediately at signup of ref)
Points Received – Input Box
Cookie duration(in days) – Input box (how many days the ref cookie will last)

I am thinking about the facebook connect plugin for a website I have that runs on phpbb.

but we also need to send email to a mailinglist in the background.
