We need a Windows app developed that will let users easily browse/search/sift through the contents of a flat-file database.
The database consists of several hundred records, each of which is the name of a product. There are roughly 65 attributes for each product, many yes/no, others are a choice from a list.
The interface will need to allow users to place checkmarks next to the attributes they are interested in. Hitting “Search” should return the names of all products that exactly match the attributes selected. Clicking on the name of the product in the search results should launch a web browser and take the user to a URL associated with that product.
As for the database itself, we have two options: either embed the database in the app, or have the app connect to it via the Internet at the time of search. Please give us a price on both options (the latter is more desirable).

I have a custom link exchange script that i wrote but it’s in need of an update.
inclick.php
this part of the script gets the domain name of the referring site. If the domain is apart of the link exchange program it’s inclick count is updated in the database (+1)

the script needs to be updated as followed:
Currently the script only detects the domain name.
it’s need to detect a domain and sub domain.
(for example if www.examplesite.com is apart of the link exchange it will detect it and update the database but if subdomain.examplesite.com is apart of the link exchange program it will only detect www.examplesite.com It needs to tell the difference between the two)
Currently there is no anti-cheat system
it needs to disallow counting multiple inclick from the same domain & ip address for x amount of time

this table holds all incoming ip’s and referring domain name.
i would like the script to automatically purge the data in this table after x amount of time
