Dezend Files

I am looking to have files decoded or dezended. i paid a company 20,000 Euros to develop my website. however the fraudulently encrypted nearly 100 of the files. They also didnt finish developing my website. No one can fix the problems as the files are encrypted. The company that developed it has now vanished and I am 20,000 out of pocket with a website that doesnt work. I need help.
