I need a template design for one homepage it will have some javascript but it is really rather simple.

Project Overview:

1)Design Customization needed

Design Modification, A new skin creation to match our own site.

2) Check out Process changes

Change Check out process to not show 1.credit card information on contact information 2, Address 3, Credit card information

User will only have option to apply points for the purchase. They system will automatically deduct the points from the order user will not be allowed to enter the amount of points he wants to use.

System will apply all the points to the order example if user has 30 points and product cost 20 points system will automatically deduct 20 points for the order after user presses submit order.

System will automatically notify user to add funds if user does not have enough funds for the order.

example: User only has 20 points and product cost 30 points Notice to user you must add more funds to submit this order.

Load Funds Feature:
Custom page created to allow user to load funds. For load funds transactions the system will allow credit card to be used. Loaded funds can automatically be entered in the cs-cart api as user points.

I need quality relevant one way links for my site. Permanent, no junk, no mills. EDU preferred site is www.executivegreetingcards.com need reporting on new links provided, and guarantee that they will be from clean, no blacklisted sites

I need to following projects completed:

1. Design a Word Press Blog for www.crowninvestmentgroup.com. Use http://dfwrealmentor.com and www.westminstercapitalgroup.com as your template guide. Change color to royal blue to distinguish from these two sites.

-There will be at least 2 review cycles on the blog;
-Site will be SEO
-10% payment will made after the 2 review of the blog site.

2. Design a logo for Crown Investment Group. I have no idea on this but send several logos to select from and be creative!!

-Send at least 5 logo ideas;
-Once logo has been selected, it will be placed at the top of the blog;
-20% payment will be made after the logo has been selected;

3. Design landing page for www.acquirerealwealth.com. Please use http://register.dfwrealmentor.com as a template and guide.

-Landing page will be SEO
-10% payment will be made after completion of the landing page.

4. Write 3 original articles for the blog page.

-Articles will be on the real estate market in general, the real estate market in Dallas, Texas, and/or Top 10 Reasons to invest in real estate.
-Perform key word research for $$ makeing key words
-Articles will be write for SEO
-10% payment will be made after my final review and satisfaction of the articles.

Communication Plan –
-The programmer will communicate via email on the status of each project task every 2 days or as requested by the project manager
-If immediate questions arrise, the PM and programmer will agree on the best way to communicate on in these instances.

Please send samples of blog designs, graphis designs, and writing samples for verification of experience.

We would like minimum of 50 twitter followers. They have to be real fans that must be interested in the area we are targeting (will provide the details to winning bid).

The fans must be based in either Australia, US and UK.
