Basically you will be posting comments about anything you feel like but the key to it is that you must put a link to my website or you can put my site as your signature. Also the sites post stories every morning at specific times early every morning which i am not sure about. You will determine what times these stories are posted and the comments must be amongst the top 5. Give me timeframe on how long you will do this and pricing. I am looking for a developer that can construct a standalone desktop application to act as a product calculator.

The calculator will compare total ownership costs of up to 3 products and all the fields will be editable by the user. There will be approimately 15 fields per product. The user should be able to amend multipliers in a number of the fields to calculate a total spend / saving cost at the end.

The user should then be able to save this ‘quote’ on the local desktop and also print the quote of to leave with client.

I am open to suggestions as to whether this should be done in Flash/Flex, Flash only, or some kind of C application.

I am looking for someone who is able to build a distinctive looking website using sitebuildit. Not interested in someone using standard templates. Also, if you have another suggestion I am open to using another technology other than sitebuildit.

And, for the gallery column,
it is used to display the picture location so that my site will recognize the files and display it on the frontend.

The format is like,
/SKU NAME/PICTURE1.JPG;/SKU NAME/PICTURE2.JPG;/SKU NAME/Picture3.jpg…. It goes on to display all the images for a product.

There should be a ; in between in each picture for excel.
