Picture Sharing Website

The idea of this website is to easily share pictures of children in daycare or school with their parents. For example a kindergarden or primary school.

Companies can register at the website and create an account. With the account they can set different locations and different groups.

Teachers can easily upload pictures to the system. These pictures are automatically resized to 640×480 pixels. The original large files are deleted from the server. Teachers can now select the pictures they want to store. Other pictures are deleted from the server.

Teachers can now ‘tag’ children on the pictures with the names of the children. (same way facebook tagging works) After tagging, pictures will be saved. For teachers there are 2 options to save a picture. Store it in a ‘location’ or store it in a ‘group’.

Next step is clicking a mail button so all parents, who’s children are tagged on a picture, receive an e-mail that there are new pictures of their child(ren).

Parents can login and see pictures with their child(ren) on it. Parents can set if pictures of their child(ren) can be seen by other parents. This parameter can be set per child and is necessary because of privacy law. For this there are 3 options:
• Keep pictures private (only own parents can see them)
• Show pictures to all parents (of the group)
• Show pictures to all parents (of the location)

Assignment also includes a design for the site. Mockup attached.

Real Estate Flyer Template

We are looking for someone to design a template we can use to market our real estate properties for sale. I’ve attached a sample flyer for you to see what we need.

We’d like your template to be better than this as it’s plain and boring. But at least you get the idea.

We need you to create a template that allows us to change out images and spreadsheets as jpgs, and to edit the text freely. Then we can save the template as a PDF for each new property.

Please use these sample images as your trial.

Please provide your bid with realistic turnaround time. I would need a quick two page sample before closing the project.

So please don’t submit your bid without showing me you can do this work with a two page sample.

Thanks!
