Website For Tournaments

Hi,

What I need is a website to be able to make tournaments, by taking the registrations as easily as possible.

On the home page, people would be able to create an account.

There will also be a tournament bracket on the homepage, that is empty when no users is registered, we can set it either 8-player tournament, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 or 512-players bracket.

To register, members would click on a button and they would be put in a list that we can see on the website.
When the desired amount of players has been reached for the tournament, say 32 players, then the admin can click on a button so they are randomly placed in the bracket. The admin can also remove a registered user from the list.

The time of the tourney, description etc. would be above the bracket.

There would need a check-in system where at a specific time before the tournament, say 3 PM, the players check in, if they haven,t checked in by 3h30 PM, they are disqualified and their opponent goes to round 2.

The admin would need to click on a button to make a winning player advance to the next round.

That’s about the system, I think you get the whole picture, it’s also a pretty simple but dynamic design, say the registration on top, the list of registered people under, and then the bracket under this.

I need a psd converted to a html file with all the css code. This will be an entire website so I need someone who is famliar with : Programmming, Joomla, Phpbb forums, and can add complicated features such as xml image galleries and is familiar with using ads. I will send the first page i want to be converted to who ever is intrested. Please note that I am on a very limited budget as well. Progammer must be COMPLETELY fluent in english.
