Android Live Wallpaper

Hello,
I am looking for a skilled, yet budget friendly programmer who can create a live wallpaper for the Android OS. The wallpaper will be an animated live wallpaper of an ocean scene (similar to the picture I attached). The wallpaper will interact with the actual time on the device, so the sun will rise according to the actual time on the phone and the sun will set with the actual time, the moon will rise and set as well. Please place your actual bid (don’t bid $50 and then tell me later it will cost $1,000) and also please leave me a message to let me know you can actually do this, how long it will take etc. If you have any questions feel free to ask me.

WordPress Plugin Needed For Photography Website

I’ll try to explain what I need as best I can but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll do my best to elaborate further.

I need a program that does the following:

A visitor comes to a page on site X.
The visitor is asked for a code (which has been specified or generated from the admin panel)
upon entering their code, they’re taken to a corresponding page on Site Y (specified in the admin panel)
If they enter the wrong code, they’re notified they entered an invalid code.

I’d prefer this to be implemented as a plugin in WordPress so it’s easy to manage and use with an admin panel accessible through the WordPress admin panel.

Again, if you have any questions, please let me know.
