I currently have a system that needs to have 2 feature added to it. right now people can build a page using our system built on flex programming.

1st
i need someone to add in the ability for it to save the data to the database and add a edit button to my system so that the user can go back in and edit the page they built.

2nd
right now it uses 1 template to build the page on. i need the ability to add additional templates for the users to use.

I just had a project from a foreign client about developing a website for a telecom company in US.

I need a stunning design in Joomla for that.

I do not care even if its a template from any of youtheme, rocketheme etc.

Just want it to be simple sober and a very excellennt design.
Please make something out of the box, something like a very big telecom symbol (maybe a mobile, phone, telephone tower etc), instead of simple designs (not compulsory, but preferred)…more things considered..

website won’t need to have anything in programming. Only the informative pages.
for now just make a home page with dummy links for now. Use any menu system and any random menu names that you want. In the logo, put the world telecom in nice letters (a logo kind of thing).

and make anything else that you can to make it extra ordinary.

About payment: I’ll pay you around $800 for the template if I like that (This would also include working on them to make the final website, which will be of not more than 8 static pages). All templates will be installed on my site with no external links, even to your sites.
After selection, I need you to work on those templates and finish the work within a week.

Ok here is the thing I was told by google adsence that my ads have been taken down on one of my sites because a page on the site may or may not have full nudity or sexual content

but you see the problem is that the page is ran off a script that pulls youtube videos automatically so I have no control over a page by page if some one did a search for full nudity it might show you tube videos with full nudity which is out of my control what I would like is a script that would tell adsence not to load if certain keywords which I would define were in the search or main subject of the page of the script saw these keywords in the main part of the page top 3 videos for example it would not load adsence maybe it would load an alternative ad program again I would specify or load nothing

I am looking for real programers with lots of rep here at least a 9.9 and over 20 projects minimum
