Blancer.com Tutorials and projects

Hello Programmers,

We would like to create a match-maker site for our growing audience of hungry buyers and sellers: very similar to matchmaker.com or eHarmony.

Any of the dating software with expanded features will work. We need buyer and seller to plug into fields what they are looking for, and the software to create the list of similar matches.

We just need you to tweak it and customize the fields to fit what our market is searching for.

This software should be open source and available as we will NOT spend a fortune creating this from scratch.

This project bid is for you to:
1. find OS or available match-maker software that is customizable
2. customize it for our logo and colors, custom search fields
3. install it, tweak it until it’s right
4. give us 90 days maintenance

Thank you!

We are looking for a very talented WordPress Designer to create a 10 page Hair & Beauty website. They will also have to install and configure a WordPress membership script and a WordPress Shopping Cart script. We have created a rough mock up of the kind of website we want. We used a simple website publishing software to create our mock up in order to give Web Designer an idea of what we want. The successful freelancer would simply improve on our rough design.

Here are the following things we require:

1. Create very good looking header graphic
2. Create 10 page wordpress website
3. Add replica products page from another site
4. Refer to a couple of other sites for ideas and create similar pages
5. Design and add Aweber Optin form for home page
6. Install a few standard wordpress plugins
7. Install and configure wordpress membership script plugin
8. Add a simple members area where we can add and upload products/images
9. Add and configure Affiliate software script for PayPal
10. Add and configure shopping cart script for PayPal
11. Do simple onsite SEO for the website
12. Test membership script + Affiliate script + shopping cart and make sure they all work!

We also posted this job on www.Elance.com and www.Freelancer.com so if you have bid on this job on these 2 sites please do not bid here also.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We have awarded a number of website design jobs to freelancers in the past on various freelance sites based upon work that they showed us in their portfolio. However when it came to them actually doing the job their designs were NOTHING like what they showed us in their portfolio! Therefore any Freelancer that is confident in their skills and is prepared to do a TEST header graphic design for this project will be given priority and preference over others + we will also give them a $30 bonus when project is completed. A test header graphic will enable to see the design skill of a Freelancer prior to awarding them the project.

We can pay $250 (Maximum) for this job.

We will deposit funds in escrow when project is awarded but will only release funds when website is on our server and we are 100% happy with your work.

We need to have this job completed within 5 working days of the project being awarded.

YES, THAT ACTUALLY SAYS FRONTPAGE. I’m looking for an old school web designer that can use any version of FrontPage to design a one page website designed with a form to submit visitors contact information and questionnaire answers. Note: The form will need to have a confirmation page after the visitor submits the information. There will be links to our main website from this page as well.

The page should be fast loading and accomodate high traffic as it will be advertised on press releases, etc. We would like an eye catching design. Designer can select from a photo gallery that we will provide. Designer can modify any template that he or she may have already.

Why FrontPage? The client is concerned about script attacks. He is not worried about spam coming to his email, just script attacks and visitors information being stolen if php or databases are used.

All bids and comments welcome. We prefer if you can start soon on the design and will make escrow as soon as job is accepted. We expect the design to be previewed on the designer’s server and then be delivered in .zip format so that we may release payment. We have 41 perfect reviews on this site and have been here since 2004!

I have a new fresh CentOS box that I’ll be setting up as an email server. Id like to have someone configure Postfix (already installed), Setup the Domain Keys (DKIM), and tell me what SPF and Sender ID records to use.

This is for someone who has done all of the above previously.

Thank you!
