i am seeking a way to make massive image/banner ads for my ppc campaign (paperg.com does a good job.)

here is a sequence of events that I want happen…

1. input keyword list
2. input ad copy
3. select banner templates
4. select banner sizes
4. export the nicely designed image/flash ads for bulk import into google ads editor

We are looking for an individual or group that can complete a mass email campaign in a professional and timely manner.

The objective is to promote an American based environmental start-up company which will be engaged in a large online “vote based” competition for the opportunity to receive grant funding to support its start-up mission.

The competition is won based on the number of votes by the general public for each submitted project. The well known consumer brand that sponsors the grant competition recommends using various social media sites to help create awareness and drive votes for the projects.

To accumulate votes, one of our strategy’s is to assemble a large email list, preferably one that specifically targets American environmentally active individuals, and through a series of mass email blasts, share a brief story about our environmental company and ask people to vote for our project on the consumer brand’s website.

For this project to be successful we would like to reach a minimum of 1,000,000 clean, accurate, valid e-mails, hopefully one’s associated with environmental or recycling based associations, groups, may include forums or large social networking organizations. We prefer environmentally based e-mails, but if another valid list is suggested it will be acceptable as well.

The voting period for this contest is held continuously over next month, AUGUST, so it is imperative that this project is initiated immediately. Though ScriptLance offers a bidding system through which a predetermined amount is agreed upon, we would rather the individual or group have a personal interest in the success of the project. Therefore, we will be offering a $1,000 US bonus if we are awarded the grant funding. Our company manufacturers a unique environmental product which offers great potential and has been in development for over two years. The page needs to be integrated with Facebook, to have a ‘Like’ button under each photo, next to view more or in place of it where it’s absent.
When ‘liked’ the icon should change as per the attatched file.
When ‘liked’ it should say on facebook.
*Name* liked *RSVPUSERNAME*, a *AGE* year old single female on RSVPR.me.
When clicked it should take them to the page from where it was liked.
The username/age can be taken from the page or mysql db, whatever.

If there is a way to log ‘liked’ so i can show a most liked page, that would be a plus.

It needs to be fairly easy to style, css would be good,
It will have a simple layout no matter what.
It _should_ work (if possible) with PHP5 & MYSQL5

It’s basic functionality is this:
User types in url say http://a.domain/xx[1-500]xyz.jpg
this will then show the user all images from xx1xyz.jpg to xx500xyz.jpg inclusive.
It can show them at smaller size (read: not create thumbnails) if possible to keep with the template, but it then must link to the original image.
If the file is not found it should say ‘No Image Here’ or similar where the picture would normally be.

It should be able to work with fairly large ranges and png, jpg, jpeg etc

Keeping such a long log of what people have fusked is not necessary.

We would like a new website and logo for our church. We want a clean and easy to navigate site .
