Change Currency On My Website Checkout And View

Hi

I have a website running in Thailand, and in admin there is an option to choose the default currency between USD and Thai Baht. I have taken a copy of the website and hosted it on UK servers and want the default currency set to UK £GBP.

The checkout uses paypal and there are 3 stages leading into the paypal payment section. one checkout is for buying credits to use on the website, there is another for paying for items bought on the website, and a third checkout to pay shipping for a different format of auction where the item is free.

I have looked around the php code at the various page files, and notice there is a lot of $getcurrency references, and there are some currency files.

I need you to look for the root currency variable to set the default.

I do know about a bit of php coding, and usually i would use trial and error, but i want this done today, and i have more pressing things to do. So please don’t go bidding stupid rates thinking I am a total non-tech… because they will jsut be deleted straight away.

Data Match – Append – Build Database

I have a total of eight files that needs to be merged into one unique database. Not all files contain the same data selects and not all file are standardized. Standardizing the file is important and part of this project.

Samples of each of the eight files are attached. I have also attached additional documention including a requirments document. I used the first 250 rows in each file as a sample. I have placed the samples in Excel so I could indicat the fields needed by highlighting them in red. The actual files are in TXT. We are primarily concerned with the name, address and date of birth because all files contain this common data, however, we will be importing additional fields when they are available.

Many records have more than one address. When this happens we need two records where only one currently exists. Each record should contain only one address. Please ask questions if this not clear as it is very important. We need to identify as many unique address records as possible and there should never be more than one address in a record. Some of this same information will be in the requirments documents but listing the general overview here so those interested will have a better idea if they wish to review them.

Please make sure and ask any questions. Quality of data is more important to me than quantity of records or speed to project completion. Care must be taken to assure accuracy of data is maintained. If you would provide a brief overview of how you would accomplish this project, when you could start if selected and when you would complete it I would appreciate it.
