Hi guys, i need someone who have good experience and knowledge in wordpress blog. you need to do minor changes as below

1)add, facebook button web 2.0 style. twitter.

2)Add one space on top of the page as banner standard size (rotating banner) on top of the page. i cann upload banner more than one and let it rotate.

3)testmonial space, i want this to be real time, and i need to approve all testimonial sent. to my email so that i cann review and approve / delete it.

Suggest me the best solution. Blog is a photography blog i will show link once i selected the coder.
