Medical Joomla Site

I need a site designed similar to: www.zerospinepain.com The purpose of this site will be for “potential patients” to come to the site, and find information relevant to their medical condition, and find doctors that are rated highly IN THEIR ZIPCODE (USA) based on a few criteria. We have not yet finalized all the fields to be included in the database entries, but for sure there will be: doctor name, address/zip, phone, doctor’s website, medical specialty (would like for this field to be hidden if necessary)

Requirements:
• Use joomla
• Must be able to easily integrate multiple joomla modules (advertising links, data-feed news, etc.); must be user-friendly as the site owner grows the site content
• A module to “search for doctor” by zipcode: whether a module or hardcoded, this must be a simple solution, and easily maintained by site owner as more doctors are added to the database. Easy-access to backend for this maintenance is a must.
• This zipcode module should be located on a second page of the site, look smoothly integrated on the page, and produce informative results.
• Need an integrated SEO module

Similarities:
• Basic layout
• Style of graphics
• Quality of top header, with java-changing
• All the social networking links at the top
• A module to sign up for newsletters (notice how in firefox this newsletter module on www.zerospinepain.com keeps scrolling down lower and lower; we DON’T like this. Newsletter module can be a fixed location)

This project will be mostly about graphic design and layout. If we need to remove the zipcode search and do that as a separate database project, we may consider that. Please include “brown-eyes” in your bid/posts.
