Flash/as3/xml Template – Expert Project

Hello,
Today we’re looking for a talented Flash/AS3/XML programmer who can build a flash site template for us similar in some of the function (not so much style) to the one that can be seen at http://ddamedia.com/bigtest/template with the following changes:

We would like each element to be controlled via xml. The size, color, position, content and even which page it falls to should be governed by the xml file(s). Basically, having Flash control the motions, the actionscript some of the function and all the styling through the xml. The final output should be a single SWF or a main SWF with all its needed assets (images/vid/other page swf, etc.) in the same directory folders, that controls all the starts from a single SWF file. (More details in the attached pdf)

We want maximum flexibility to style this any way we choose and have access to the various content features if we choose to include them. It will take true talent with Actionscript along with Flash and XML knowledge to successfully make this project work as intended. We escrow and will release payment upon successful delivery of the full working files along with any specific instruction necessary to implementation. We’re available for questions during normal working hours in the Mountain Time Zone.

Perfume Store

I need a perfume and cosmetic store similar to http://www.fragrancecrush.com in design and functionality.

The store’s catalog will loaded thru a data feed / text provided by my supplier.

I have at least 5 more projects like this so if you do a great job with this store, you will be inmediately given the next project to develop.

Please, notice that i do not only need a pretty store, that is a nice template, but a powerful admin as well.

I am open to opensource solutions though I personally do not like any in the market. I don’t want the standard looking Osc look and feel.

We can discuss which shopping software is better for this type of store and if you already have a fully functional powerful online store solution, I’d be glad to check it and use it for this and the following works.

I look for serious programmers with a well-gained reputation and specially I look for a good price, as this will be only the 1st of many job requests.

This will be on a linux server – so php/mysql will work best.

Freelance Website Like Gaf With Specific Requirements

I am interested in having a freelance website developed. If you have or know of a suitable script that can be used as a base, that would be great. Assume that most of the features/functions of the GAF website will be needed. However, there are other features/functions that will need to be customized for this project.

If you are interested in receiving more information, please post in PMB any freelance type project that you have already completed. If I can see the URL that is good. If I can see the admin panel, that is better.

I will provide details to those who I feel can do the job.

For this project, it is unlikely that I would select a provider with less than 20 completed php/ajax projects. If your reviews are not related to custom software/script/php/ajax type development, you will not be selected.

This project has a high budget because I am looking for someone (or a team) that is experienced, professional and can get this completed right the first time, without me having to constantly check, test and explain everything.

The winning provider MUST test each component before showing me their work. I will not have the time to look at work which isn’t functioning well, doesn’t achieve the objectives described, etc.

I will select a provider based on relevant experience, communication skills, reviews and cost.

No funds will be paid upfront, but I will put all funds into escrow. Funds will be released from escrow when the project is 100% complete, tested and working.

The details of this project and any work completed for it must remain our sole property and rights. It may not be published, discussed, distributed or otherwise communicated/transferred to anyone under any circumstances. I do not want to see the software I pay for used by others. Ok?

Expected cost is less than $1,500 but if you think more is required, please explain and realize I will be getting a bunch of bids from other qualified providers.
