Blancer.com Tutorials and projects

I want to redesign the layout and template of my site. There is a website I really like and want that layout. This other website I dont have access to the files but want something very similar to it. I am basically wanting you to make a copy of this website for me, and install all the files on my site. All the style sheets and images should refer to the files on my server and not there server. I don’t need any of the programming setup or function to work, but just need everything to be there and installed on the layout. I have another programmer that will go in from there and setup everything to function with his database. The navigation bar on this is all text will just need you to change the text to my text I need on the navigation bar.

I am looking at getting a initially 3 promo videos created for my website www.home-rescue.co.uk
THe videos need to promote our home buying service in the different locations we offer it in. So there will be 3 locations and hence three videos.
The videos need to have photos of the local area, and make reference to the local area. I can provide pictures for the local areas. Each video can be pretty much the same with the exception of putting in 2/3 photos of the local area and mentioning the area name.
I will provide the script to use for the area. Nice background music like the one on our home page.
I also require a voiceover to simply read out teh words on teh screen and make reference to the area. I would prefer a real human voice rather than a computer generated voice as it adds a level of trust if it is a real human. All they need to do is read out the words on the screen. PReferably a native english speaker, or at least someone who does not ahve a strong accent.
The videos only need to be short, about 40-60 seconds.

Hi

I need a printing website. Contact me via PMB only if you have a demo.

I don`t need to create it from scratch, need already made script.

As reference you can take a look to: http://bit.ly/c3Uk4W ( i don`t need this to be cloned or same functionality, just to have an idea of what i need)

Note that i need something simple to stick in my budget.

CONTACT ME ONLY IF YOU HAVE A READY MADE SCRIPT.
BIDS OVER MY BUDGET WILL BE DELETED.
DO NOT PASTE HUGE PORTFOLIOS I AM NOT INTERESTED I JUST WANT TO SEE PRINTING DEMOS.

Thanks for viewing this, i need someone who can create me a professional flash Google image ad with buttons.

Examples can be found if needed.
