last person to edit it messed it up so i wasted money allready trying to complete this task

need someone skilled and can do the job properly, when finished editing all pages and functions of the forum must work and look to match my website

along with all pages needing customizing to match the site i need all images changed to match the new theme aswell to

if the forums is not edited in all pages and functioning properly you will not get payed.

I need a nice looking smiley to my specs (must be 480×290) and have a transparent background. A Vector is preferred along with a .png but a vector is not a requirement.

I need this now. Please show mockups in PMB; I will provide compelete details there. I will pay upon completion. See my feedback.

Do not bid until you have read the details in PMB and do not bother me in PMB unless you plan to provide a mockup prior to accepting your bid.

I have attached a smiley I like so you know the style. But SEE PMB first before you make a mockup.

I recently set up a windows server 2008 with iis 7.5. I use it to share work files with coworkers and personal use as well via http, rather than ftp cause size vary and http easier to explain to other ppl at work. I was getting excellent speed 5000+KB/s, but after a while the speed is locked at 500-60KB/s. I need someone with the expertise to solve/fix this problem. I need a constancy on speed, regardless of how many GB are being downloaded or uploaded to server.

I need ionCube properly installed on my server so it works with the MightyExtentions Suite…specifically Mighty Register and Mighty Membership.

This should just take a few minutes for someone that knows what they are doing.

We are looking for an online design tool similar to;
http://www.uprinting.com/design-templates/postcards-designs/style-illustration/
I would like to work with a company that has already built something similar. You will need to send me 1 or 2 examples of your best design tool. Don’t send me anything else for now. I will only look at bids with a sample of a functioning design tool that I can try out. We have a website built in PHP that we would need to integrate it into.
Thank You
