WordPress Installation + Fixing Slow Problems

1. the site have problem with slowness that needs to get fix.
the content in the link above needs to open in steps
and not all of them at once (might be one reazon of the slow upload).
2. needs to move to other server with new updateted wordpress installation. the content will be take from godaddy and need to upload it on direct admin
3. installation of google apps (for email acount)

*The time increasing by 10 seconds (I need ability to change time) every time a bid is placed.
*General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which I can edit.
*The ability for members to login, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions.
*Paypal as the payment gateway by default.
*Ability to give users free bids.
*Ability for users to receive free bids for registering, for winning their first auction and for buying bid packages for the first time.
*Add, edit and delete articles for the latest news page.
*Content Management System (CMS) I need to be able to Add, edit, delete and clone auctions.
*Ability to easily start, stop, and edit auctions.
*Refund bids.
*View the winning bidder and update the status of the auction e.g. running, ended and completed.
*View, edit, add, delete and suspend users.
*View users bidding history, purchased bid packages, add free bids to the user and refund bids for the user.
*Manage the entire website content such as the terms & conditions and help page content.

*Set the bidding packages (size and price).

I definitely don’t have any set idea or plan, and I am very flexible, but these are some of the ideas that i would like the website to have

It needs to be “overly” user-friendly not only for the consumers, but for me as well, to make changes and edit and input values in different areas

It also needs to be Mac-Friendly, as my primary operating system is Mac OS X

The project will be conducted through these steps:

– Assignment

– Development
– Full beta delivery and in-depth function test
– Bug fix
– Delivery

Payments will follow this schedulation:

– 30% at full beta delivery
– 40% at final delivery
– 30% after 30 days from the final delivery
-15% ADDITION 6 Months After Launch

Flash Or Javascript Menu & Small Modifications In Website 2

I want to integrate a flash or javascript animated menu bar in my website http://www.ultimatechnosoft.com similar to http://www.hesido.com/web.php?page=animatedmenus (see frame animation) and sub menu animation at the top of http://www.hesido.com/web.php?page=animatedmenus. u can make some small changes in the animated menu to make it look better. U dont need to design any buttons. u just have to emulate the on mouse over effect

2. I want to create a master page which has to be shown on all other pages of my website. If I make any changes to that master page it should be reflected on all other pages. Please tell me how can I do that.

3. If u r interested in this project u must be online for at least 6 hours in day time (11 am – 7 pm Indian Standard Time) and u must be a Indian.

4. U will also have to make some small and very easy changes in some of my web pages like – removing extra spacing in paragraphs, tables & Bullets
