Real Estate Single-page Design

Hi,
We are looking for a single-page site design for a real estate property for sale (please provide real estate portfolio).

Please keep in mind;
– This is not for a company so theres no logo
– Its an expensive property, asking $1mil+ so the layout has to be somewhat elegant
– Need room for the following page elements; address/contact info somewhere on top, slideshow for the attached images plus more (ajax or javascript based or any other suggestions?), area of property highlights displayed with bulletpoints or other design elements you recommend, room to describe the town, school systems etc.

I am open to a lot of input from you since you are the designer, I only know what info we need to present to a potential buyer, the way to present it is up to you 🙂

Thank you and looking forward to working together on many more projects

Fix Google Maps Route Plotting Issue

This is a very very quick project and should only take a few minutes. Please see below link (be sure to copy & past entire link into your browser):

http://econcierges.com/DEV/framework-2.0/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=46:wineries&id=2160&Itemid=214

On the right side of the page, we have a google map. on top of this google map there is a tab that says “Mobile Directions”.

We want the following accomplished:
When a user taps on the “Mobile Directions” tab from iphone or a GPS enabled phone, user location is captured and route is plotted on phone’s google map. End location’s pin drop much show the name of the business to which the directions are being plotted to. Most of the script is already done just need some tweaking to make it work properly. ALL THIS SHOULD BE DONE WITH A SINGLE TAP TO THE “MOBILE DIRECTIONS” TAB.

Captured user location should also be cached or saved somehow so that it doesnt keep asking for user location over and over from other similar pages.
