I have a project that will produce Sony XD-CAM HD 1080P/I video files in native Sony XDCAM format (MP4). I want a program that will convert these files to a file to play in iMovie on a MAC. I assume this will be a Quicktime wrapper.

The interface must be simple to use:
1)find the XDCAM HD file on the local computer
2) Process the file and make it playable in the MAC iMovie program (MP4 MOV). The client will need to be able to edit/save the file in iMovie.

I can supply a Sony XD-CAM HD file for testing purposes.

If an existing video encoder program such as Imagemagick or Rosetta is to be used in the program, it must be available for full licence for resale and use as my client will include the converter with their product.

I am in need of an adjustment to my thesis wp theme, i have 3 sidebars in the footer section which are fine.

I have the settings in thesis design options as 3 colums (content/sidebar/sidebar) because that is how I require every blog page/post to be.

I have 20 static pages which only require one sidebar (content/Sidebar)

Write the program in VB.Net with a graphical user interface. Make the program Web based. Allow the user to select which way they want to calculate the mortgage: By input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage and the interest rate of the mortgage

or

By input of the amount of the mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans:

– 7 years at 5.35%
– 15 years at 5.5%
– 30 years at 5.75%

In either case, display the mortgage payment amount. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Add graphics in the form of a chart. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection, or quit. Load the interest rates for the 7 year, 15 year, and 30 year loans from a file. Insert comments to document the program.

Graphics is to be a pie chart of total interest paid and total principal paid.
