Hi, I am looking for a multilingual ecommerce website to sell immaterial product as: pictures, musics, video, but also for material products as sculpture and some painting media.

There will be 5 major category : pictures, paint, musics, video (film), sculpture.

Each category will have some sub-category :
pictures : fashion, beauty, nude …
music : rock, classic, jazz, r’n’b, hip hop, rap, house, etc ….
film: action, war, adventure, comedy, …
sculpture/paint : classic, modern, baroque, …

the goal of the site is to promote EVERY authors, so we will not have « top ranking » system, but we need some alphabetic ranking, etc…
The advanced search feature will have advanced fields. exemple: rock music will have sub-themes such as « hard rock », or « alternate rock », « pop rock ». Advanced search will have some extra fields.

Authors (or artists) will be described by :
– name, country, description, picture …
When going on an artist page, his info should be displayed as well as all his items on the site. Super administrator will manage artist page, and products of each artist.

Product page :
If music, there should be a play button to read a music extract.

We need statistics of sales, per artist, per category, per weeks, per month, per years…

Previews system :
If it’s a song, we can preview the song for like the first 30 seconds.
It’s is a pictures, we should have the « site brand watermark » in the product details.

Standard e-commerce features are needed and payment should be done by Paypal.
Newsletter module is needed

what we need is the following develomement based on IXXO:

On the back-end, when admin adds a new song, a field should enable upload of the song file.

Product details page :
For Songs, the page should display a preview button that plays a preview of the song without changing page. (flash + XML)

For Pictures : Need to have a water marks system for every product containing pictures.

This job will be simple for someone experienced! A competitive offer will lead to future or ongoing work. Happy to escrow!

Document portal – To allow our customers to download reports that we have created. The customer must also have the ability to upload documents too.

User registration
– only when initiated by admin users
– email gets sent to requested user (OT link that expires after 12 hours)
– user will then follow a link to the system to register and create their own password (enforce password complexity, min 8 with 3 character groups)
– Allow multiple users to be assigned to a client

User authentication
– must be built with security in mind
– secure code review will be undertaken
– account lockouts (use re-CAPTCHA after 2 incorrect attempts, then lockout after 10 attempts for 30 mins)
– using a secure cookie mechanism (use platform session token with httponly & secure flags)
– Lock session to IP and not allow simultaneous login sessions

Forgotten password function

Administration function
– Ability to upload and download documents from all registered users areas
– Create, delete and edit users details (including account unlocking)
– Initial administrator must be able to add further admin users
– Full logging – user auth, download, upload etc
– Account search feature – client, forename, surname and username

Upload and download documents
– Users must not be able to see other users documents
– All documents will be saved locally on the hosting webserver
– Users have the ability to delete documents within their account (although not to delete them physically from the disk)
– Alert specific users when a report is downloaded
– Limit file extension, content (could create a blacklist/whitelist) and size

Use stored procedures for all SQL queries. Every parameter is sanitised on the server side. Session token and username checked for every transaction.

All code is fully commented so we can understand it.

Data in HTML include:

Date (year, month, day)
Channel name
Start date
End date
Program title
Language

There are ~300 channels there. What we need is a script that creates XML-s from that HTML. We choose the channels in the script system and it generates XML with unique URL.

Scripts functionality:

Possibility to select which channels to parse
Possibility to create multiple amount of XML with different selection of channels
XML-s are automatically renewed
Titles can be in specific language (cyrilica and etc) – must not crash because of that
Script can be easily installed on any server (generates XMLs addresses in new location)
Possibility to add additional time to start/end date to particular channels (cause of depending on time zone)
XML removes data which is expired (from yesterday) and shows data for 2 weeks in advance maximum from today

It can be a premade one but it must be to our standards.

Hi i am an excel spreadsheet with formulas calculating some values,

I have 3, excel calculations, i need to put these calculators online, hence i need someone help me.

Basically the calculators are:

1) input some numbers and the value is calculated (easiest calculator) – This i need done urgently !
2) Select country and model – will display info based on the excel spreead sheet (2nd sheet)Would appreciate if you could complete this also
3) input some values and it will calculate based on formulas in spreadsheet. (This you have till tomorrow to complete)

We need someone that’s very good with Joomla and web development in general – we want to give you a lot of creative space and use your know how to make this template outstandingly good.

We see this project as a starting point – and we will be using your help with creating Joomla sites on future projects if this specific project is successful.

In rough short detail of what we need is shown below – we have much more detailed information we will send to you once we get the project going (detailed mockups images):

Build an outstandingly good Joomla site (or customize a exiting one which we buy – we recommend rocket theme)

Build or use a Joomla Template that you customize to our needs (Rocket theme or any other) that can be used on phones and look normal when browsing with your home computer.

We look at rocket theme templates and they have nice features for phones which work nicely. When users login with Phones the website detects this and then changes the resolution to fit the phone. If we use a rocket theme template we can utilize this.

We will send you a mockup on how we wish the site should look like – nothing out of the ordinary within that mockup.

2.

Build the website and the menus we need and load text from an external .xml file

The webpage itself needs to load data from a .xml file we have exported from another system.

We have another CMS system which generates these .xml files – what we will do is to copy this .xml file to the Joomla www root / or to a specific folder which we can agree on.

The text in the webpage should load text from this .xml file and display it nicely.

Not all parts of the webpage should load this .xml only on a few places / otherwize the standard Joomla code should be used.

Build a members area / users meeting place

We need to upgrade Joomla´s user manager to something fancy – we looked at: http://www.mightyextensions.com/

But you probably have other ideas/solutions but if needed we can buy these components and customize them so they fit.

The meeting place (members area) main objective is:

Look nice when users login and present them with information:

• Show the latest changed items/things.

• Show information on who is logged in.

• If the users want to they should be able to send messages between each other.

• Administrators should be able to send “mails” to all users.

• A general “chat board” or messaging system is needed / much like a facebook/site where latest information/text is shown.

• We leave you with a lot of creative space here but it’s a meeting place for members and it should look nice.

Build calendar booking system

We need a booking system (calendar) which the registered users should be able to use and book things on.

Users should be able to book certain days for certain types of activities by using this calendar.

Some smart way of handling the booking system is needed so its clear to the user if a calendar/day is booked or not booked.

5.

Show a flash map and load items in flash (calling a javascript)

We have a flash map built with flash *.swf – we want to able to link objects within joomla to this map.

For instance when a user clicks on a store – a javascript calls our flash file and show information on where in the map this store is.

We know this can be done with javascript – and its already being used now on other sites we have and you will get all the details you need for this once project is a “go”.

The admin area in Joomla – redesign

We also need to change colors and remove certain button in the Joomla admin area – but most things will remain the same.

So the Joomla is future safe when we upgrade to newer versions of Joomla.

7.

Integration of Twiiter and Facebook

On several places within the homepage we want to show a twitter/facebook button/icon.

Once these buttons are clicked information from these services should show/be displayed.

Finding good twitter components and Facebook components to Joomla is needed.

8.

Filearea

We need a place where files can be stored uploaded/downloaded – I recommend we use the Joomla component DocMan since I think this component can do all that we need.

Closing comments:

• For many of the items above we can use already existing Joomla Components If you need/think so – and that cost is something we pay for of course and not included in the offer you make.

• Please send some references on other sites/art you have made before – we want this site to be out of the ordinary and look extremely good.

• We will setup the server for you once project is “go” – and you will get SSH and FTP details to connect to this server.

And we can assist as much as possible – even with graphics (images) if needed.
