I have the whole navigation organized and the design down. I need this to be put into a WordPress blog or another very easy to use CMS program.

The website must be almost 100% identical to the design.

You can click through to see the drop downs, the main image should be some sort of fading carousel that could include video. Simple PHP forms would be on some pages.

I am looking for an eye-appealing script/website that is already complete. I do not want one that has to be developed from scratch. It does not need functions to create custom t-shirts, just one that enables me to sell t-shirts with categories and collect payment from paypal. Best if built on CMS platform (oscommerce, magento, joomla, wordpress) rather than one custom built.

I require a professional Scriptlancer to assist with the following project.

OVERVIEW
This project relates to re-development work on an existing static website. The website has been re-designed and moved to a WordPress back-end. The following tasks are part of this project:

Part1. WORDPRESS FORM SET-UP
Utilising a plug-in, you will establish a form on the site (integrated to a WordPress page). This will feature form elements as per this page:
http://afctrust.com/join_online.htm

Validation must be implemented to ensure that form fields are checked to be completed and valid (e.g. valid email address, etc.) Certain form fields will be captured and passed to Paypal for the next step (see below) and the form must be submitted upon completion.

Part2. PAYPAL INTEGRATION
The email address, donation amount and membership type must be passed to paypal with the total cost reflected in the checkout. This must be an automated process. The user will then complete the transaction via Paypal.

Part3. DUPLICATION
The form must be duplicated (same form elements) but with a different transaction route – in other words, the purchase of a different membership type from another page. More information on this can be provided but I would assume the duplication of the form and Paypal integration would be a simple matter.

The development site is running the most recent release of WordPress and full access to the server and WP admin will be granted to the selected programmer. Please ensure you ask any questions in advance as this is a time-sensitive project.
