I have a website that needs to be translated from English to Spanish. It needs to be done in PHP and i have all the English PHP files ready to send over.

Object-Oriented Client Database Assignment C++

• Imagine that a customer has come to your team and has requested a simple application that will allow the customer to store client names, addresses, and telephone numbers. Your team is tasked with building this database application. The following are some of the requirements:

o The application will be written as a console app.

o The application will allow the user to enter as many clients as they need. These will be stored in memory using a linked-list and dynamic memory.

o The client data will be housed in a client class with constructor and destructor.

o The application will also store the data to a file. When the application comes up, it will load any stored data from file into the linked list in memory, and when the user is done, the application will store the data back to file.

o When data is entered, the application will check to make sure the telephone numbers are numbers and will output a message if they are not.

o The application will allow the user to search the database for a specific telephone number match.

o The application will allow the user to show all of the clients using more than one sort order.

I am looking for someone to design and website similar to LandFlip.com or LandWatch.com.

Users can list there land or buy advertising via banners on site throughout.

Overview: Will allow members to list their land on the site.
Site Visitor

3. Search can be limited to state, size, price, etc..
4. Details page of the listings will incorporate a Google Maps feature showing the land, the
description and the images of the land via lat/long or address.
5. Visitors will have access to a prebuilt forum
6. Will discuss after designer is hired
7. An ‘Ask the Seller’ button will be added which will take the requester to a form to contact the
seller.
8. Visitors can sign up with the Stay~N~Touch newsletter to get updates on land via bulk email.

2. Listing land will allow a description, up to 12 images, address or coordinates and price or video
3. Listings will be paid for using the table rate system managed by the admin.
4. An option will be built in to allow the admin to set the details of the property for an additional

2. Admin will see report of what members are listing land
3. Admin can click a member and see all the properties of that member.
4. Admin will manage listing fee table rates
5. Admin will manage the fee for admins service to list properties
6. Admin will manage the forums system

I would like to keep the look of the changer but instead of it just changing the background, I would like it to change the banner and the blue fonts…or maybe change the style if that is better.

need a php script to scrape and parse the sitemap.xml output from a wordpress site and be exported as a specific text format..

This should be simple stuff for someone with good scraping/parser skils

I require a wordpress theme for a baby information website, where mothers can go to find information about caring for little ones. The site must be clean, professional looking, and functional. The theme must be original.

I am looking for ajax components, and a smart design, with graphics ready for a few initial posts that will result in a nice looking website ready for website launch.
