I need to send a large product promotion email message to 15 million (option 1) and 30 million (option 2) email addresses in the US.

I DO NOT have the email addresses so they need to be provided.

Here are the requirements:

1. Must be sent only to US email addresses
2. Must be sent from outside the US
3. Links in email must be able to redirect several times before opening final destination URL (this has to be demonstrated and proven)

Here is what I am looking for. I have a domain called pool replaster, and I am looking to do something very similar to quickpoolquotes.com or servicemagic.com.
