We are looking for a person who has skills in developing and maintaining our internal and external websites that are using Apache 2.055 & 2.2.3, MySQL Server 5.0 and PHP 5.12 & 5.2.10, running on Windows 2003 & Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.

Our goals include upgrading the older internal environment, building reports from a Progress Database, creating PHP scripts to email information and updating web pages. We use a mixture of homegrown CMS and we just started using Joomla.

The person will be working closely with me to meet tight deadlines. Constant communication is a must.

WAMP – Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP

We have an existing website that allows visitors to fill out a contact form. Our website uses wordpress and PHP and sits on an Windows IIS 7 server. Our contact form is written in PHP and sends a SOAP message to a .NET Web Service that we created.

Since upgrading our Windows server, the PHP nuSoap code no longer works. Please note that everything used to work fine. We have upgraded to PHP 5.3.6. We are willing to no longer use nuSoap and just go with the SOAP provided in PHP 5.

We require your expertise to help fix the SOAP code. We have tested other web services with the SOAP code and it works fine. There seems to be a problem consuming this particular .NET Web Service.

We have provided the wsdl for consuming the webservice. You only need to provide us with PHP code, probably only 10 lines or so. We will paste it into our contact form and test it.

We can setup a webex to allow access to the server if needed.

I have not fully sourced the customisable gift items yet although I have a number sourced already. These will be separate sections
I need the option, at the backend, to add items and delete items. The facility to set different sizes/prices for the keyring, coaster, mouse mat etc, and of course upload the different samples of cards, keyrings, coasters, mouse mats etc.
At the front end, the customer must be able to, set up an account, login, and customise their item, whether it be a card or mug, keyring, coaster, mouse mat, etc, and to be able to upload their photograph etc., and to have the facility to either send the item to them or direct to the recipient. Payment would be via Paypal. P&P would need to be added to each item automatically, so I would need to be able to set these
I am open to suggestions as to what it is built in, but it must have a friendly admin section and allow me to add pages with the admin etc.
I will need the facility to completely back up the site, which must include any databases etc, from the admin section to my hard drive.
I would like it linked to other sites, so in the admin section I will need to be able to add further links as and when.
Sorry to say, I have two problems, so far I have been ripped off twice by programmers on this site and therefore NO payment will be forthcoming until the site is fully up and running. Also because they have ripped me off to the tune of $200 and I am unemployed I now only have a small budget, which I have set for this, and am finding getting another very difficult at present, which is why I am trying to get this site up and running so I can perhaps earn some money. So as I said hopefully this will enable me to get some funds in again! Especially if it is SEO friendly!!!
