I am looking for someone that can place my WordPress header and footer in my Phpbb3 forum. There is no Skinning involved no bridging involved. just simply place the header and footer in phpbb3. that way when you are on the forums it will look like you are still on the site.
Header and footer have to be dynamic not Static. Why because I will be adding linking and adds all the time.
